DOCUMENTARY WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER & VIDEOGRAPHER IN VICTORIA BC.

I'M ALL IN FOR YOUR DAY

At every wedding I film or photograph, I’m there with one goal: to make you feel fully seen, deeply supported, and completely at ease. I bring the energy you need with an approach that's hands-on, joyful, and rooted in creative direction, so you’ll never be left wondering what to do or where to stand.

What matters most is capturing real connection. I guide you through the day with intention and positivity, creating space for you to be fully present while I take care of the rest. And when you look back on your photos and films, I want you to say what so many of my couples do: “You made us feel so comfortable, and you captured moments we didn’t even know were happening.”

This isn’t just about beautiful images or wedding films. It’s about giving you an experience that feels effortless, supportive, and unforgettable, from the first coffee chat to the final delivery.

THE VALUE of

A PHOTOGRAPH

When my Oma began losing her memory, photos became everything.

In 2008, she developed Alzheimer’s, and her sense of time, place, and even identity began to fade. But photos, those stayed. When she moved into a care home, my family filled her room with framed memories: her walking hand-in-hand with my Opa after the war, laughing with her kids, holding me as a baby.

These photos weren’t just decorations. They were anchors.
They helped her remember who she was. And they helped us remember too.

Years later, when she passed, I made a slideshow for her funeral. Going through those images, I realized how few photos I had with her and yet how powerfully the ones I did have transported me back. I could feel her laugh, hear her voice, smell her perfume.

That experience shaped everything for me.
Because it taught me this: Photos and films don’t just preserve how something looked. They preserve how that memory felt.

And that’s what I want for you.
Images that become part of your legacy.
Memories you can return to, not just to remember, but to feel it all again.

A Life Lived Fully, So I Can Capture Yours with heart

I live in Victoria, BC now, but travel has played a massive role in who I am. I’ve lived in Spain and Australia, hiked volcanoes in Guatemala, biked the Ha Giang Loop in Vietnam, trekked off-grid in Laos, swam throughout Europe, ate incredible food in Thailand, and much more. Those experiences taught me how to slow down and find beauty in the little things. It’s where I fell in love with capturing a 'feeling' of nostalgia, and all the details.

01.

WHERE I AM AND WHERE I’VE BEEN

On weekdays, you’ll find me walking in the sunshine with a friend. I wake up early, work, hit the gym or a pilates class, cook with my boyfriend, and play sports with friends like soccer, spikeball, slowpitch, or a game of pickleball. I work alone most days, so any excuse to connect with people after hours is a win. Weekends involve creative work, good hikes, hosting dinner parties, or being in the sun. I'm a homebody and a social butterfly, so my happiest weekends include both.

02.

WHAT I’M UP TO WHEN I’M NOT SHOOTING

My parents have been together 30+ years and still flirt like teenagers. They taught me that love is in the little things, like my dad dressing up and pretending to “pick my mom up” for a date, flowers in hand. There are photos of them all over the house, laughing, traveling, so in love. That’s the kind of legacy I want to help other couples preserve. I believe in a deep, lifelong love because I see it every time I see my parents.

THE PEOPLE WHO SHAPED ME

get photography or video details

Fred Again, Sam Fender, and any dance playlist I can edit or dance to. Lately, I’ve been mixing in some curated playlists from my filmmaker friends who are changing the way we think about music in wedding films. When I need a brain break, I'll throw on a reality TV show. I’m deep into Married at First Sight (AUS & UK) and Love Island. For actual TV, I've been enjoying Severance, Fallout, Vikings, and a guilty pleasure, Reacher.

04.

CURRENTLY ON REPEAT

More time laughing with my parents. Laughing at my best friend’s wedding. Late nights around a campfire. A themed party in the backyard. A day at the lake. Those everyday memories that don’t seem big, but are. I think that’s why I care so deeply about capturing them for my clients. It’s not just about portraits. It’s about holding onto the moments that seem to flash by. It's capturing the nostalgia of the best days, with the best people. We all deserve more of these, and we all deserve to be in the photos.

05.

MOMENTS I WISH I HAD ON FILM

I prep like I’m performing. I don’t drink the week of weddings, I avoid risky activities, and I make sure I’m mentally and creatively recharged. My team gets a full 20+ page document with our exact plan for your day. It deserves our full attention. I treat it like the most important thing I’ll do all year, because, well, it is. This is the one time in your life that everyone you love is in one place, and the one time you'll be in the photos with them. I don't take this lightly.

06.

HOW I SHOW UP ON WEDDING DAYS

I finished a luxury wedding filmmaker course and just got back from a workshop in Tennessee that pushed me to new creative heights. I’m always dreaming up new ways to grow. I've been seeing a Naturopath to get my health in order, started at a new pilates gym (Lagree), and am trying to make my home healthier (less plastic in the house, less toxins, etc). It’s all about becoming a better version of me, so I can bring more clarity, energy, and creativity into everything I do.

07.

WHAT I’M DREAMING UP NEXT

I rotate through Mindset Mentor, Modern Wisdom, Diary of a CEO, School of Greatness, David Bayer, and Creative Rise. I love learning from different voices and perspectives, and letting that inspire both my business and personal life.

PODCASTS I’M TUNED INTO

This one’s close to my heart. I’m slowly building a community, a space where creative people, entrepreneurs, and good humans can come together. Coffee chats on Fridays, sports on Wednesdays, no pressure, no business cards.

MEET MY VIDEO ASSOCIATES

MATTY, Marc & LUCAS

While I’m leading the charge on your wedding day, I have multiple incredible filmmakers I trust most: Matty, Marc & Lucas. Every time they show up for one of my couples, they show up with the same energy, intention, and care that I would. Because I’ve spent years training and working alongside them, I know they’ll exceed every expectation.

Matty brings a spark that lights up any room. He has a gift for reading the moment, knowing exactly when to crack a joke, when to dial it in, and how to make every guest feel seen. He’s the kind of person who makes you feel like you’ve known him for years within five minutes of meeting him.

Lucas is our tech wizard and a quiet powerhouse. He has an eye for detail that’s unmatched. Whether it’s dialing in audio, lighting, or movement, Lucas makes sure everything runs flawlessly so you don’t have to think about a thing.

Marc is the perfect combination of the two. He's like a golden retriever, always happy to be there with endless energy to get the shots.

Together, they’re not just second shooters they’re an extension of me and my brand. We’re deeply aligned on what matters most: capturing your wedding day with care, creativity, and connection.
